Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the OpenReply workspace at openreply.azizovhq.com handles information.
Who operates this workspace
This is a private, self-hosted OpenReply workspace operated by Said Azizov. It is used to run Instagram comment and direct-message automations for accounts that the operator is authorized to manage.
Information processed
We process the sign-in email address, connected Instagram professional account identifiers and usernames, encrypted access tokens, campaign settings, comment and message data needed to run a campaign, delivery and click logs, and technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the workspace.
Why we process it
Information is used only to authenticate workspace users, connect authorized Instagram accounts, match campaign triggers, send private replies, measure campaign activity, prevent duplicate sends, maintain security, and diagnose faults. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.
Meta and service providers
Instagram actions are performed through Meta's official APIs. Limited information is processed by Meta when those APIs are used. This workspace also relies on a hosting server, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Resend for sign-in emails. Each provider processes information only as needed to provide its service.
Retention and security
Data remains in the workspace while an account or campaign is active, unless it is deleted earlier on request. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, access is restricted to authorized workspace users, and the service is delivered over HTTPS.
Your choices
You can disconnect a connected Instagram account in the workspace. For access, correction, or deletion requests, see the Data Deletion page or email stazizovs@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy when the workspace or applicable requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
