Data Deletion
You can request removal of your OpenReply workspace or connected Instagram data.
Disconnect an Instagram account
Sign in to the workspace, open Settings, and disconnect the Instagram account. This stops its campaigns and removes the stored connection token from the active workspace.
Request deletion
Email stazizovs@gmail.com from the email address used to sign in. Use the subject "OpenReply data deletion request" and include the Instagram username and workspace name, if known.
What happens next
We will verify the request, stop active campaigns tied to the request, and delete the relevant active workspace data, including connected account records, campaign settings, delivery logs, tracked-link data, and stored tokens. We will confirm completion by email.
